PAYMENT POLICY:
All major Credits Cards and E-Checking are welcome and accepted at VK Personalized Gifts via PayPal. We are PayPal Verified.

TAX POLICY:
All orders shipped to destinations within the state of California are charged 8.275% sales tax. Orders sent to destinations outside the state of California are exempt from sales tax.

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT:
Your order is guarantee to be processed within 24 hours or less by us. We ship UPS Ground only.  The estimated timeline is 5-7 business days anywhere in the U.S..

Ground Shipping charges are estimated on a flat shipping cost for all 50 states and automatically calculated in the Checkout Form.

* *  We regret that we are not shipping orders outside the United States. We apologies for this inconvenience. It has been our experience that high shipping rates, insurance fees, brokerage fees and import taxes sometimes exceed the value of the products in the order. Some of these extra fees are unforeseeable on our part and the extra charges come as a complete surprise to you, the customer, when the package is delivered.

NOTE: You are Responsible -- Please double check your shipping address!  If packages are returned to us as undeliverable for any reason, you will be charged the actual shipping cost for that package.  Also we do not ship to P.O. Box or APO addresses. No exception.

PRICING:
VK Gifts reserve the right to change the price of any of our Gifts in our online catalogue without prior notice. Price changes are usually due to "sales" or an increased in the price from our manufacturers. 

Please Note: Prices on each Personalized Gifts will differ from one retailer to the next (or one website to the next) because not all personalized gifts are from the same manufacturer. Prices differ may also have to do with retailers having sales or discount on volume purchasing.  We encourage you to do price comparison shopping before buying from us or any Gifts retailers on the Web.

TOLL FREE NUMBER:
800 numbers are usually provided by retailers for the convenience of the customer.  We understand this and do plan for it in the future. But for now, email is sufficient for ordering and any customer support we have. 

Please Note: In case of an emergency, we reserve the right to contact the customer by phone.  Otherwise, all communication will be done by email.

PERSONALIZATION:
The Engraving information is very important as we engrave gifts EXACTLY as written on the order form. If you write your order in all CAPS we engrave in all CAPS, etc.

Please Note: Changes to an order cannot be made once the order has been processed due to the fast nature of our business, so be sure to verify all information closely before submitting.

A fee of $25.00 may be assessed by the Engraver/Manufacturer to make changes.

RETURN POLICY:
At VK Gifts, we pride ourselves in carrying high quality Personalized Gifts. We hope that you will be pleased with your order.

Personalized, Engraved Gifts are non-refundable. We are not responsible if you provide the wrong date or misspell text, so please verify your dates and spelling of the text content very carefully.

However please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY upon arrival. If we made a printing error or the gift is defective, the product will need to be returned to us. We will either reprint your order to your specifications, or refund your purchase price.  Your order must be returned in its originally boxed condition.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT:
There is no minimum order requirement on our Personalized Gifts.
